The product is securely packed in bubble wrap and then profile wrapped. It comes in a brown cardboard box. We ship India-wide.
A return request would be accepted only in cases of damaged product, wrong product received by the customer. In such cases, after the return request has been made the customer must be responsible for shipping the said product back.

Refund will be initiated once the said product has been received by BelleNest as per the address provided by us.
Custom made products would not be eligible for return request.
